The standard library provides core functions and actions that are available to
all Runbooks regardless of which blockchain addons are enabled.

## Functions

The standard library includes utility functions for:

- **Operators**: Mathematical operations and comparisons
- **Hash**: Hashing functions (SHA256, Keccak256, etc.)
- **Hex**: Hex encoding and decoding
- **Crypto**: Cryptographic operations
- **JSON**: JSON encoding and decoding
- **List**: List manipulation functions
- **Assertions**: Equality and condition assertions
- **Base64**: Base64 encoding and decoding
